WI Talk – Reports from Coastal Stations by Geoff Saunders

The shipping forecast delivered by the BBC gives warnings of gales later, good becoming moderate.  Many of these reports come from coastal stations but where are they located and are the lighthouses still manned or deserted?

We are a group of women who love meeting together to enjoy presentations from a wide range of speakers on many different topics; art/craft activities; dance evenings; flower arranging; games/social evenings etc! We organise regular coffee mornings, tea afternoons & pub evenings as part of our social calendar. We also go on lots of trips out. 

New members are always welcome!  You can attend your first meeting free, after which you would need to join.  Membership is currently £48 for the year.
