Our Summer skies are falling silent of swift calls!
Swifts are on the Red List of Conservation Concern, declining by 62% between 1995 and 2021!
Swifts rely on gaps and holes in older buildings for their nesting sites, but they are being blocked out by the designs of new developments and have nowhere else to go.
Guildford Swift Project are working to install Swift Boxes throughout the local community to offer these birds new nesting sites. If you purchase a Swift Box, our team will install it free of charge, and your home can act as a vital refuge for these iconic birds.
