The Telephone Box Book Nook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m buying the phonebox,\u201d announced the Chairman of the village hall.  Within weeks we had a phonebox shell, fully renovated but woefully empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an active member of the management team and the owner of Wilderness Pre-school I asked if I could refit the interior to make a book-swap.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The shelves were measured, designed, painted phone-box red and fitted – Pauline\u2019s Book Nook was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Book Nook is such a valued resource in the village, it\u2019s wonderful to see it being used. The community often have a \u2018tidy up\u2019 and ensure that there are a varied selection of books available.
